HOMECOMING 2025
Kaleo Homecoming will be here before you know it and we are excited to announce this year's speaker!
Join us for an opportunity to gather with friends and family at Camp Kaleo. This is for current and former staff, campers, missionaries, pastors, nurses, cooks, and anyone who loves Camp Kaleo. We had over 120 people attend last year and are hoping to grow that number each year.
Our Saturday afternoon meal will be classic camp food; hamburgers, hotdogs, chips, and all the fixings.
Hal Hill (Bunker) will be our speaker for the weekend, and Thomas Johnson (Krakken) will be the worship leader.
The 3rd annual Kaleo Invitational Disc Golf Tournament will be held in the morning, starting at 8am. This year, signups will occur the morning of outside of the Admin building.
There will be lodging available. Admin guest rooms are first come, first served. There are also cabins available.

Please note that we are requiring a Homecoming Registration Day Use Fee if you are only wanting to attend and not eat any meals. This fee will help offset insurance cost of your presence during the event. THIS SHOULD NOT BE SELECTED IF YOU ARE PLANNING TO PARTAKE IN SATURDAY'S MAIN MEAL.

Additionally Saturday and Sunday morning Continental Breakfast options as well as Saturday evening dinner tickets are available. Please be sure to select these extra meals you plan on partaking in during the registration process.

About the Speaker...
Hal Hill (Bunker) is a seasoned leader and educator with almost 40 years of executive experience in Christian camping and conference ministry. His leadership includes founding Camp Kaleo and directing SAMBICA, Ridgecrest Summer Camps and Glorieta Conference Center, with additional key roles in various Baptist churches. Called out of retirement to lead InterVarsity’s Campus by the Sea, Hal guided the camp through significant growth, pandemic-era challenges, and a successful $1M fundraising campaign, ultimately transitioning it to an independent Christ-centered ministry. He continues to champion biblical leadership, strategic development, and mission-driven innovation in Christian ministry.
Hal is married to MaryKay (Bokay), his life-long partner in ministry, and they live in the mountains of northern New Mexico. They have two children and five grandchildren: Packy and Patty are in GA with Jackson (10) and Harper (7) while Jessie and Josh are in TX with Loman (6), Margot (2) and Ames (6 mths).
